I bought this for my 8 yr old son for christmas. The problem is......he used it once and it started to fall apart. I will never buy this item again. It is cheaply made which is upsetting because I have never had a problem with nerf products before.

This is a little heavier and more durable than a regular nerf football. Because of the raised 'strings' on the football, it is good to teach youngsters how to hold & throw a football. It's also good for Moms who play catch with the boys without breaking every fingernail on a real football. My son loved this !!
