Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Joe Montana, Football God   December 9, 2007
A. W. Michael (Dulles, VA United States)
Having grown up a Forty-Niner fan, I was fortunate enough to be a part of the Joe Montana years, from his debut to his sad end with the Kansas City Chiefs. I still have some grainy videotapes of some of his more marvelous exploits, including both Superbowls versus the Bengals. This innocuous action figure occupies a pride of place on my shelf of 49ers memorabilia: I look at Joe in motion, preparing to throw once again the game-winning touchdown pass to Dwight Clark or Jerry Rice and I am thrust back into 1980s Candlestick Park on a blustery San Francisco day, knowing the Niners are heading back to another NFC playoff game against our archrival Dallas Cowboys. Fun.
