I just ordered these towels for a neighbor for a bday gift. They sent the wrong ones and will not send the correct ones I ordered until they get these back. I paid extra for shipping to get these here for this weekend. When I brought this to their attention the reply was they do not offer 2 day shipping - funny, my receipt says I paid for it. And to top it off, I can't get in touch with Amazon to find out why I paid for 2 day shipping if it wasn't offered. I am going to go back to the local mom and pop stores, no matter how much more these things cost. At least there I have someone I can talk to and who cares. By the way - they sent the Steelers, my neighbor will not be impressed!!
